Khordha- 22/10-Khordha Police Organised Cyber Safety Awareness Campaign at 𝗚𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, under 𝗡𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗻𝗶 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 jurisdiction.The program aimed to educate students on safe online practices, responsible use of social media, and ways to protect themselves from various forms of cybercrime.
During the session, officers sensitized students about common cyber threats such as online frauds, phishing, identity theft, and misuse of personal data. They also shared practical tips on creating strong passwords, avoiding suspicious links, and reporting cyber incidents promptly through the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (www.cybercrime.gov.in) or 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟵𝟯𝟬.
The initiative forms part of Khordha Police’s continuous efforts to promote cyber awareness and digital safety among students and the general public, ensuring a safer cyberspace for all.
