Khordha-(Subha Khabar)-Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Lokeswarpur near Khordha.This Rath Yatra, which was first started by two small children, Pradeep Kumar Muduli & Sai Abinash Das.
After all the rituals of Mahaprabhu were completed in the presence of a large number of devotees, the Rath Yatra started.The devotees pulled the chariot for a distance of three kilometers. Bhajans, kirtans, pallas, dasakthiya etc. will be performed for nine days. Bahuda Yatra will be held on July-5. Seeing the large gathering of devotees, police were deployed to maintain law & order situation.
With the co-operation of Ratha Yatra organizing committee members Ambika Prasad Das, Ramesh Muduli, Kalia, Sina, Kuna, Prafulla among others it ended
with peacefully.
