Khordha-(21/11):-Over 4kg ganja worth ₹40 thousands was seized by khordha model police near Gurujanga Melan Padia on Friday.Acting on tip-off,cops apprehend Jitendra Sundaray(46) of village -Gurujanga,Tangi Sahi under khordha model PS area.
During a spot raid carried out by police sub-inspector Swagatika Das and her team.The accused was taken into custody and booked under section 20(b)NDPS Act.The entire operation was conducted under the supervision of SDPO, Khordha, Nihar Ranjan Pradhan and IIC Khordha Model PS,Insp.Sanjaya Nayak along with a dedicated team of officers.Further investigations are underway to bust the supply chain and trace the origin of the ganja.
