District Level Joint Public Hearing Camp Held

Khordha:-The district level joint public hearing camp was held at the Zilla Parishad Conference Hall.The camp was attended by the Zilla Parishad Chief Development & Executive Officer,Jyoti Shankar Sahu, Sub-Collector, Kishore Kumar Panda, Deputy Collector (Emergency) Shritapa Mishra, Assistant Collector, (Grievances) Bhubaneswari Kanhar & others.A total of 67 grievances were received in this public hearing camp, out of which 62 grievances were individual & 05 grievances were collective.

Zilla Parishad Chief Development & Executive Officer,Jyoti Shankar Sahu directed that all the grievances be discussed with the concerned departmental officers & immediate steps be taken to resolve them.The applications of 03 complainants regarding emergency health services were considered & ₹5 thousand were provided to Pramod Kumar Martha from Begunia, Rashida Bibi from Keranga, Khordha for their treatment from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund & Basudev PatslSingh, Begunia from the District Red Cross Fund.Among others,Superintending Engineer, R&B,Division, Khordha,Er.Siblal Sahu,Superintending Engineer, RWSS, Division, Er.Rashmita Das,CDM & PHO, Khordha,Dr. Sanjaya Chandra Ray,Chief District Agriculture Officer, Rabi Narayan Senapati, DSWO,Kusum Kumari Praharaj,DSSO Dilip Kumar Hial, Executive Officer, Khordha Municipality,Rizwana Kakwab,BDO, Khordha,Khirabdi Tanya Sahu, District Panchayat Officer,Syamalendu Nayak,CSO,DEO,Sonamika Ray,DWO, Dr.Geetansu Mohan Dash, all the BDOs & Tahasildars of the district & district level officers of various departments & Line Departments, senior engineers & officers were present the camp.
