Khordha–20/5-The Asian Martial Arts Taekwondo Championship was held in Kathmandu, Nepal from May 16 to May 18. In this competition, in the senior boys’ category, AKS Taekwondo Academy’s Biswaranjan Amardeep has won the third place in the “Poomsae” category in the Asian Martial Arts Taekwondo Competition, bringing glory to India in the Asian continent.Under the guidance of Grandmaster Ashok Kumar Sahu and his excellent teaching, Biswaranjan has become the pride of India and Odisha today.Under the leadership of Grandmaster Ashok Kumar Sahu, Secretary (Founder of Khordha District Taekwondo Association & International Trainer of World Taekwondo Headquarters), World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) Judge & Team Manager Ms. Bharti Jagdev, he has achieved success and brought glory to India. Biswaranjan is the youngest son of Dilip Kumar Sahu & Kalpana Mohanty of Gurjang village, Khordha.He is a final year student of “The Law University, Cuttack”. Principal The Law University, Cuttack, S.K. Ray & Vice-Chancellor Dr.Kamaljit Singh have inspired him to reach his life’s goal with the blessings. MP, Ms. Aparajita Sarangi,MLA, Khordha, Prasanta Kumar Jagdev, former MLA Rajendra Kumar Sahu congratulated Biswaranjan on his success & wished him a bright future. A wave of happiness has spread across the state for this achievement of Biswaranjan.Behind his success his teacher, who became the chief judge in the Asian Martial Arts Taekwondo competition & won the gold medal in the 60-year age group, bringing glory to the Asian continent & India. He has inspired & blessed Biswaranjan.
